Additionally, take part in insightful golf cart tours guided by a naturalist across the pristine 450 acres of the property.

To enhance your experience, the resort offers a “Toy Box” filled with complimentary amenities like bicycles, beach chairs, surfboards, paddleboards, and boogie boards. The friendly staff is happy to transport you and your gear to Kalapaki Beach, or you can enjoy a scenic 10 to 15-minute walk. As fractional owners of the Timbers Resort, we are excited to offer our residence for rent for one week each year. For 2024, we have the exclusive availability from July 13-20. Our rental fee is lower than resort rates since the dates cannot be modified. You will enjoy staying in our residence as our honored guest, with rental fees processed through VRBO. However, please note that required facility charges and Hawaii taxes will be collected by the resort upon check-out. These fees are separate from the VRBO rental cost.

Upon arrival, you'll check in at the welcome desk to receive your room keys and some thoughtful gifts. A credit card is needed for two mandatory charges that apply to all guests:

• Hawaii State Transient Occupancy Tax - Daily rate of $49.67 (total for 7 days: $347.69)
• Daily Resort Gratuity (for staff and cleaning) - Daily rate of $25 (total for 7 days: $175.00)

The combined total for these mandatory charges amounts to $522.69. Rest assured, your residence will be cleaned daily, ensuring fresh towels, made beds, and clean floors in the kitchen. Any food or beverage purchases from the restaurant will be added to your account for review at departure. Additionally, each adult guest will need to sign a liability release at check-in.
